If you intentionally or accidentally had your YouTube account suspended, you may be able to get it reinstated to a normal status. It all depends on the severity of the offense and what YouTube policies you may have broken. To get your suspended account considered for reinstatement, you will need to send a polite message explaining your dilemma to the YouTube customer support team. YouTube provides an appeal form to fill out on the website.
Type "google.com/support/youtube" in the address bar of your Web browser. You will see the YouTube Help page.
Scroll down the page, and go to the "Solve a Problem" section. Click the "Account Issues" link.
Click the "My YouTube account was terminated" link, then click the "this form" link near the middle of the next page. The link is part of the sentence that reads, "If your account has been terminated and you are unsure why..."
Fill in your YouTube username, email address and type your message in the "Reason for appeal" text box. Be polite and explain your situation thoroughly. If you are truly unsure why your account was suspended, then express this in your message.
Click the "Submit" button when you are finished. You will have to wait for customer support from YouTube to contact you through email. This may take several days.
